Is there any evidence that God exists?

Fact-checked & reviewed for Nicene orthodoxyHow we review →

Yes - and you don't have to take it on blind faith. Several independent lines of evidence point toward God. The universe had a beginning, which calls for a cause beyond space and time. Its physics is finely tuned for life against staggering odds. We experience real moral obligations that are hard to ground in mere matter. And human reason, consciousness, and our longing for meaning fit a personal source better than a blind one.

None of these is a knockdown proof by itself, but together they make belief in God reasonable - arguably more reasonable than the alternatives. Faith here isn't a leap in the dark; it's trust built on cumulative evidence.
